Greater Good Pulp

Pulp by Greater Good is a distinctive New England IPA that showcases the lush, juicy qualities typical of this beloved style. Hailing from Massachusetts, this beer captures the essence of a hazy IPA with its vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes that leap from the glass. Brewed with a carefully selected blend of hops, Pulp exudes a refreshing burst of flavor, complemented by a smooth mouthfeel that makes each sip satisfyingly indulgent. With an ABV of 8.0% and an IBU of 70, it strikes a harmonious balance between bold hop bitterness and rich fruitiness. When it comes to serving this flavorful IPA, the best experience is achieved at a temperature between 45-50°F, allowing the beer's aromatic hop profile to fully express itself. For the optimal pour, opt for a tulip glass, which not only showcases its appealing haziness but also enhances the aromatic complexity by concentrating the beer’s bouquet. The glass's shape is designed to capture the full spectrum of tropical and citrus aromas, ensuring that each sip is as enticing as the last. Pulp's juicy character makes it an excellent companion for a variety of dishes, particularly those that can stand up to its robust flavors. Consider pairing it with spicy foods, such as Thai or Mexican cuisine, where the beer’s fruitiness can complement and mellow the heat. For a more traditional route, it pairs well with sharp cheeses like aged cheddar or a plate of tangy barbecue, where the beer's citrus notes can cut through the richness of the dish. Ideal for casual gatherings or a relaxing evening at home, this New England IPA is a testament to the creativity and craftsmanship of Greater Good.
