High Limb Psl

HIGH LIMB's PSL cider is a seasonal delight that channels the essence of autumn into every sip. Crafted in Massachusetts, this cider stands out with its 5.0% ABV and a flavor profile that marries the crispness of apples with the cozy notes of pumpkin spice. The infusion of warm spices — think cinnamon and nutmeg — complements the cider's smooth apple foundation, creating a drink that evokes the nostalgic comfort of fall. This cider is best served chilled, ideally between 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing its full bouquet of flavors to unfold. A tulip glass or a traditional pint glass is recommended to concentrate the aromas and enhance the tasting experience. As you sip, expect an initial taste of fresh apple, followed by a gentle wave of spice that warms the palate without overwhelming it. When it comes to pairings, PSL shines alongside seasonal dishes. Try it with roasted chicken, butternut squash soup, or a slice of pumpkin pie, where its spice notes can play off the dish's flavors. Whether you're celebrating the harvest or simply enjoying a quiet evening, this cider offers a taste that captures the season's spirit without ever feeling clichéd.
