Redwood Empire Pipe Dream

Pipe Dream by Redwood Empire is a distinctly Californian bourbon that captures the essence of its region with every pour. At a robust 45.0% ABV, this bourbon is crafted with a high corn mash bill that offers an inviting balance of flavors. Expect sweet vanilla and caramel notes to dance on the palate, supported by the warm embrace of well-integrated oak. It's a tribute to Northern California's natural beauty, expressed through every sip. For those who prefer their bourbon neat, Pipe Dream offers a rewarding experience of layered complexity, while a splash of water can open up its aromatic profile, revealing subtler nuances of its caramel and oak character. If you're inclined towards a chilled experience, serving it on the rocks can mellow its edges, making for a smooth and relaxing sip ideally savored in a rocks glass. This bourbon shines in classic cocktails as well. Its sweet and oaky notes make it a natural fit for a sophisticated Old Fashioned, adding depth without overwhelming the drink. In a Manhattan, Pipe Dream offers a rich foundation that complements the vermouth and bitters, creating a harmonious blend. Whether you're an enthusiast looking to expand your home bar or a seasoned connoisseur, this bourbon's versatility makes it a worthy addition. In essence, Pipe Dream stands as a testament to Redwood Empire's craftsmanship, offering a taste that's both bold and refined. Whether enjoyed in the quiet of a contemplative evening or as the centerpiece of your favorite cocktail, it promises an experience as vast and varied as the landscapes that inspire it.
