Tried it neat first to get a sense of it, then switched to martinis. Like the fresh kick, maybe too much mint for me solo but real nice once mixed.

Smart move tasting it both ways. If you want less mint up front, mix with more dry vermouth or try it in a Tom Collins next time.
Fish tacos and this gin in a classic G&T hit just right. The rosemary comes through, love that with seafood. Will grab another bottle for next taco night.
