Description
Native Rouge by GRAFT is a cider that pushes the boundaries of traditional cider-making with its distinctive and bold character. This New York-based beverage is crafted with a keen attention to detail, resulting in a cider that delights with its complexity and vibrant hue. At an ABV of 6.9%, Native Rouge offers a rich tapestry of flavors, where the natural fruitiness of the apples intertwines seamlessly with a refreshing acidity. This careful balance creates a lively and engaging drinking experience that speaks to both seasoned cider enthusiasts and newcomers alike. To fully appreciate Native Rouge, serving it at an optimal temperature between 45°F and 50°F is recommended. This range allows the cider to showcase its nuanced flavor profile, revealing layers of fruity notes that dance on the palate. A stemmed cider glass or a tulip glass enhances the tasting experience by capturing the cider's aroma, while also preserving the effervescence that adds to its refreshing quality. When it comes to food pairings, Native Rouge is a versatile partner. Its balanced acidity and fruit-forward character make it an excellent companion to a variety of dishes. Consider pairing it with a charcuterie board that includes cured meats and aged cheeses, where the cider's crispness can cut through the richness of the meats and complement the savory notes of the cheese. It also pairs well with dishes featuring pork or poultry, and its fruitiness can beautifully offset a lightly spiced dish, adding an unexpected layer of complexity to the meal. Overall, Native Rouge by GRAFT is a cider that invites exploration with its bold flavors and vibrant presence. Its innovative approach to cider-making sets it apart, making it a standout choice for those who appreciate the art of craft beverages.

Friend at work said I needed to try Graft ciders and this one was solid. Tart with a kind of berry thing going on. A little more sour than I usually drink but finished my can easy enough.
