Lawsons Mad River Maple

Lawsons Mad River Maple is a uniquely seasonal offering that pays homage to the vibrant landscape of Vermont. Crafted with a dedication to regional character, this beer captures the essence of the local terroir by incorporating the delicate sweetness of pure Vermont maple syrup. This infusion results in a harmonious balance between malt richness and maple smoothness, offering a tasting experience that is both approachable and distinct. Expect a medium-bodied brew where the maple's subtle sweetness is elegantly complemented by hints of caramel and toasty malt, creating a comforting yet complex profile typical of beers from this picturesque region. To truly appreciate the nuanced flavors of Mad River Maple, serving it at a slightly cooler temperature, around 45°F (7°C), will ensure that its intricate notes are neither masked nor muted. The beer's character shines when poured into a tulip glass, which helps concentrate the aromas and enhances the appreciation of its smooth texture and inviting scent. As you take a sip, you'll find that the maple's sweetness lingers gently on the palate, making it a delightful partner for dishes that highlight the fall season's bounty. This seasonal brew pairs exceptionally well with hearty fare, such as roasted meats or a classic Vermont cheese board, where the beer's subtle sweetness can balance the savory flavors. Additionally, it complements desserts like pecan pie or apple crisp, where the maple undertones can mirror and elevate the natural sweetness of the dish. Whether enjoying it around a fire during a crisp autumn evening or at a festive gathering, Lawsons Mad River Maple offers a taste of Vermont's landscape in a bottle.
