Flying Monkeys Kryptonite

Kryptonite by Flying Monkeys is an invigorating lager that challenges the typical perceptions of an easy-drinking beer. Hailing from Ontario, this beer is crafted with the distinctive creativity that Flying Monkeys is known for. With an ABV of 7% and an IBU of 21, Kryptonite is a lager that offers more than just refreshment; it presents a balanced character of mild bitterness and a crisp malt backbone, making it a versatile choice for those who enjoy a flavorful lager without overwhelming intensity. This beer’s approachable profile makes it an excellent companion for a range of dishes. Pair Kryptonite with spicy grilled sausages or tangy barbecue dishes to complement its subtle hop bitterness. Its refreshing qualities also harmonize beautifully with lighter fare such as a classic Caesar salad or a seafood platter, where its crispness can cut through and enhance delicate flavors. For optimal enjoyment, serve Kryptonite chilled at around 45-50°F. This temperature allows the beer’s subtle nuances to shine, revealing the complexity of its malt and hop interactions. Pour it into a classic pint glass to appreciate its golden hue and retain its soft, effervescent head. Whether you're unwinding at the end of a long day or sharing a casual meal with friends, Kryptonite offers a deliciously straightforward drinking experience that speaks volumes about the craft and innovation behind Flying Monkeys' brewing philosophy.
