Tripping Animals Katch Up

KATCH UP by TRIPPING ANIMALS is a vibrant New England IPA hailing from the sunny shores of Florida. This brew is a celebration of the hazy, juicy style that has captured the hearts of craft beer enthusiasts worldwide. Expect a flavorful burst of tropical fruits, with hints of mango, pineapple, and citrus, balanced by a subtle grassy hop bitterness. Its cloudy appearance and soft, pillowy mouthfeel are signature characteristics of the New England IPA style, offering a refreshing and flavorful experience with every sip. To fully appreciate KATCH UP's aromatic complexity, serve it at a slightly chilled temperature—around 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This will allow the beer's rich bouquet to unfold, offering a full expression of its fruity and hoppy nuances. A tulip glass is the perfect vessel to enhance its aromas while showcasing its hazy, golden hue. The glass's shape will concentrate the beer's aromas, allowing you to revel in the full sensory experience. Pair KATCH UP with dishes that complement its juicy hop profile. Spicy foods, such as Thai curry or buffalo wings, will harmonize with the beer's tropical fruit notes, while a classic burger or grilled fish can stand up to its robust flavors. Its refreshing qualities also make it an excellent choice to enjoy alongside a charcuterie board, where it can balance rich cheeses and cured meats. In summary, KATCH UP by TRIPPING ANIMALS encapsulates the spirit of the New England IPA style with its tropical fruit-forward profile and lush mouthfeel. Enjoy it expertly served in a tulip glass, and explore its potential to complement a wide array of culinary delights.
