The tasting experience of Happy Hour Hero is marked by its tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Expect a burst of citrus, with notes of ripe mango and pineapple weaving through every sip. This lively fruit medley is balanced by subtle undertones of freshly baked bread, adding depth to the beer's profile. The hazy, golden appearance is a visual cue of its rich, unfiltered nature, ensuring each glass delivers the full spectrum of flavors intended by the brewers at MILL 77. For the best experience, serve Happy Hour Hero at a temperature between 45-50°F. This allows its complex flavors to fully express themselves while maintaining the refreshing characteristics that make it so enjoyable. A tulip glass is an excellent choice for this beer, as its shape will capture and concentrate the enticing aromas, enhancing every sip. When it comes to food pairings, this New England IPA complements a range of dishes. Its juicy, citrusy profile pairs beautifully with spicy foods, such as Thai curry or buffalo wings, where the beer's sweetness can temper the heat. Alternatively, try it alongside a tangy goat cheese salad, where the citrus notes can accentuate the dish's flavors. Whether savored on its own or alongside a meal, Happy Hour Hero is sure to provide a uniquely satisfying experience.
