Description
Mighty Squirrel Festbier is a 5.8% ABV Märzen-style Oktoberfest beer brewed in Massachusetts, sold at CBC Liquors in Westford. It pours a rich amber and pairs a robust malt backbone with subdued bitterness, at an IBU of 22. Expect toasted malt and freshly baked bread aromas and a smooth, refreshing finish. Serve it at 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit in a stein or nonic pint glass. It suits bratwurst, pretzels and schnitzel, and also roasted chicken or a cheese platter.
Customer reviews
Chilly October evening, tried this Festbier at the fire pit. Nice and malty but could use a little more depth. Good for fall weather though.
