Counter Weight Fest Bier

Counter Weight Fest Bier is a nod to the storied brewing tradition of Munich's Oktoberfest, crafted in the heart of Connecticut. This 5.8% ABV specialty beer captures the essence of a classic German festbier, offering a crisp and refreshing experience that is both approachable and perfect for the changing seasons. Expect a clean malt backbone that reveals a slightly golden hue, reminiscent of the late summer sun. The noble hops contribute a gentle, understated bitterness, allowing the malt flavors to take center stage, creating a well-rounded and highly drinkable profile. For those looking to pair this festive lager with food, consider dishes that complement its balanced character. Traditional German fare like bratwurst or pretzels, with their savory and salty notes, make excellent companions. The beer's subtle malt sweetness and crisp finish also pair beautifully with roasted chicken or a rich cheese platter. These combinations accentuate the beer's flavors, making it a versatile choice for various culinary creations. To fully appreciate Counter Weight Fest Bier, serve it at a temperature between 45 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This range allows its nuanced flavors to shine while maintaining its refreshing qualities. Pour it into a dimpled beer stein or a traditional willibecher glass, which are both designed to enhance the beer's aroma and visual appeal. Whether you're gathering with friends to celebrate the Oktoberfest season or simply enjoying a quiet evening, this festbier offers a taste of Bavaria's vibrant festival right at home.
