Description
Ellen's Coffee Stout is a 5.4% ABV coffee stout from Atlantic, brewed in Maine and found in the dark beer section at CBC Liquors in Westford. Stouts are dark, roasty beers, and a coffee stout leans into that roast, which makes it a good match for desserts or a cold evening. You can buy it in store, or choose pickup or delivery from our Westford shop.
Customer reviews
Tried it chilled straight out of the can after mowing the lawn. Decent, but probably would have liked more body. Not bad, just not all that memorable for me.
Expected something heavier but this one's actually pretty light for a stout. Decent with chili, just wish it had a bit more coffee punch.
Got it as a gift from my sister who knows I love dark beers. Pretty smooth and not as bitter as I expected for a coffee stout. Would pick up another for cold nights.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Glad your sister picked this one out. If you like smoother stouts, you might also check out our selection from Maine Beer Co next time.
