Kettlehead Dreams On Dreams

Dreams On Dreams by KETTLEHEAD is a New England IPA crafted in the scenic landscapes of New Hampshire. This beer is a celebration of tropical vibrancy, offering a tapestry of flavors that dance across the palate. With an ABV of 6.5% and an IBU of 40, it strikes an engaging balance between refreshing bitterness and the lush sweetness typical of this style. Subtle hints of ripe mango, juicy pineapple, and zesty citrus emerge with each sip, creating an aromatic experience that is both inviting and invigorating. The beer’s smooth, creamy mouthfeel is a hallmark of the New England IPA style, achieved through meticulous brewing techniques that often include the use of oats or wheat. This texture complements the tropical flavor profile, creating a seamless drinking experience that is both rich and refreshingly light. Serve Dreams On Dreams at a slightly chilled temperature, ideally between 45-50°F, to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity and flavor depth. For the ultimate tasting experience, pour it into a tulip glass, which will enhance its aromatic qualities while allowing you to appreciate its hazy, golden appearance. As for pairing, this IPA's tropical notes and moderate bitterness make it an excellent companion to spicy dishes like Thai curries or grilled shrimp tacos. Additionally, its fruity undertones can beautifully complement a tangy goat cheese or a citrusy ceviche, making it versatile enough for a variety of culinary adventures. Dreams On Dreams is more than just a beverage; it's an exploration of flavor crafted with passion by KETTLEHEAD. Whether you're a seasoned IPA enthusiast or someone looking to explore the world of craft beer, this New England IPA offers a taste experience that's both familiar and refreshingly new.
