Description
Cotes Des Roses Art by Gérard Bertrand emerges from the sunlit vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon, France, capturing the essence of its Mediterranean terroir. This rosé is distinguished not only by its alluring pink hue but also by the elegant design of its bottle, which reflects the floral notes within. Expect a light and refreshing profile with a delicate balance of fruit and floral undertones. The aroma typically suggests ripe summer berries entwined with hints of delicate rose petals, offering a bouquet that is as pleasing to the nose as it is to the palate. On tasting, this rosé typically provides a crisp and lively acidity, balanced by a soft, rounded body. The fruit-forward nature often highlights notes of wild strawberries and peaches, while subtle floral accents add complexity, making it a delightful accompaniment to summer gatherings. While the tannins are typically quite gentle, the wine's refreshing nature is complemented by its clean, dry finish, leaving a lingering impression that beckons another sip. To fully appreciate Cotes Des Roses Art, serve it chilled to about 8-10°C. It does not require decanting, allowing you to enjoy its fresh vibrancy straight from the bottle. For glassware, a standard rosé wine glass will suffice, with its slightly flared bowl enhancing the aromas and flavors. This wine shines when paired with light dishes such as fresh salads, grilled seafood, or soft cheeses, making it a versatile partner for alfresco dining or casual brunches. While Cotes Des Roses Art is crafted for immediate enjoyment, it can also be cellared for a short period to allow its flavors to meld even further. Whether you're sipping it under a summer sun or pairing it with a light meal, this rosé brings a taste of the south of France directly to your glass.

Honestly thought it would be sweeter but the floral thing is front and center. Had a glass with some caprese and it worked, just a little lighter than I pictured.

Friend brought this for dinner just because of the bottle. Better than I expected honestly, was great with shrimp tacos. Bit light for me but it disappeared quick.
