Brick & Feather Bayern Underground Festbier

Bayern Underground Festbier by Brick & Feather is a nod to the time-honored tradition of Oktoberfest, capturing the essence of Bavarian festival beers with a Massachusetts twist. This special release presents a smooth and inviting malt-forward profile, typical of festbiers. Expect a gentle sweetness intertwined with mild toasty notes, making it a delightful companion for both seasoned beer enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike. At 5.7% ABV, it delivers a pleasing balance, allowing for easy sipping without overwhelming the palate. The nuanced flavors of this Festbier pair wonderfully with classic German fare. Consider savoring it alongside bratwurst, pretzels, or schnitzel, where its malty depth complements the richness and earthiness of such dishes. Alternatively, it can enhance a cheeseboard featuring nutty and mild cheeses, offering a harmonious culinary experience. For optimal enjoyment, serve Bayern Underground Festbier at a temperature slightly cooler than cellar temperature, around 45-50°F, to let the malt character shine without muting its subtler flavors. A traditional beer stein or a dimpled mug is the ideal glassware, evoking the authentic Oktoberfest spirit and allowing you to appreciate the beer's golden hue and persistent frothy head. Whether you're reminiscing about past festival experiences or simply exploring the diverse world of craft beer, Brick & Feather's Bayern Underground Festbier offers a taste of the traditional with the craftsmanship of local brewing.
