Other Half All Citra Everything

All Citra Everything by Other Half Brewing is a New England IPA that brings a focused exploration of Citra hops to the forefront. With a robust 8.5% ABV, this hazy imperial IPA offers an immersive tasting experience defined by vivid notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Drawing deeply from its New York roots, the beer imparts an aroma reminiscent of a sun-drenched citrus grove, with expected hints of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit zest. The unfiltered haze enhances its visual appeal, creating a luscious gold pour that is as inviting as its complex bouquet. Ideal for enthusiasts of full-bodied IPAs, this brew pairs exceptionally well with foods that have bold flavors. Consider pairing it with spicy dishes like Thai curry or buffalo wings, where its juicy, fruity character can both complement and temper the heat. Its citrus-forward notes also make it a delightful companion to grilled seafood dishes, particularly those accentuated with lime or lemon, such as shrimp tacos or salmon with a zesty glaze. For serving, All Citra Everything is best enjoyed chilled between 45-50°F, allowing its hop aromas and flavors to fully unfold. Pour it into a tulip or snifter glass to showcase its haziness and to concentrate the complex aromas toward your nose. This presentation not only enhances the sensory experience but also highlights the beer’s substantial body and effervescent head. Whether you're exploring the intricacies of a single-hop profile or simply savoring each sip, this New England IPA offers a refreshingly direct taste that stands out in the world of craft beer.
